Customized Instructions
1. If the custom-made clothing is modified to the existing sample style, a series of costs arising from the modification shall be borne by the customer. The customization cycle is generally 2-6 months, and it is usually arranged according to the customer's wedding date. If expedited production is required, a certain amount of expedited fee will be charged according to the specific situation.
2. During the customization process, if you need to change the process details according to the customer's personal requirements, please cooperate with the customer to confirm. After the production is completed, if the customer proposes to modify the process details, etc., the cost of the modification shall be borne by the customer. Wedding dress customization is all handmade, so the difference of less than 3% from the sample dress is a normal error and is not regarded as a product quality problem.
3. From the delivery date stipulated in this contract, if the goods are not picked up within 3 months, it will be regarded as automatically giving up the ownership of the customized clothing, the paid amount will not be returned, and our company can dispose of the clothing by itself.
4. The customized wedding dresses are carefully inspected by the staff before delivery. Once the customer leaves the store or receives the express delivery for more than 8 hours without feedback to us, it will be regarded as the customer's approval of the delivered product.
Custom Process
1. Online customization After you choose the style, submit your various size indicators to us. For offline customization, you contact our customer service to make an appointment to the store to try it on. Our professional wedding consultants will serve you. It is recommended that you choose offline customization when conditions permit.
2. After the wedding dress is made, the wedding dress consultant will inform you to come to the store to try on and take the yarn. If you can't come to the store to try on and pick up the yarn, you can provide your delivery address and we will arrange for SF Express to send it out.
3. If you find any problems in the process of taking the yarn and trying it on, please feedback to the wedding dress consultant and we will provide you with reasonable modifications. Please unpack and iron to try on the goods in time after express delivery. If you have any questions, please contact us in time.
Precautions
1. Please try to arrange the time in advance. Under normal circumstances, it needs to be about half a year in advance.
2. The styles, colors and effects displayed on the website are for reference only due to the shooting environment, the color difference of the computer monitor, etc., and the sample clothes displayed in the store shall prevail.
3. After receiving the wedding dress, you need to hang it first, iron it at a low temperature and then try it on, otherwise it will not be able to wear out the effect. Please check for damage caused by logistics.
4. We will make it strictly according to the size and pass strict quality inspection before delivery. If you find any size problem after receiving the wedding dress, please measure your body size again and compare it with the previous size to distinguish what caused the error. , no matter which party is responsible, we will provide free size modification.
